We take every call, at any hour. But we only go up on a roof when it’s safe to work. In heavy rain, high wind, lightning or the dark, a wet roof is dangerous for our crew, and a rushed repair can do more damage to your home. If conditions aren’t safe when you call, we’ll tell you what to do inside the house right now, get you on the schedule, and tarp or repair at the first safe opportunity.
While you wait: put a bucket under the drip, move furniture and electronics out of the way, and stay off the roof and ladders.
